5. Fees and Payment

9. Termination

- You fail to provide necessary cooperation
- Professional conduct rules require termination
- We identify conflicts of interest
9.3 Post-Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately payable
- We will return your records and documents
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- We may retain copies for regulatory compliance
10. Professional Regulations
We are regulated by relevant professional bodies including:
- Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
- HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) where applicable
11. Complaints Procedure
11.1 Internal Complaints
If you have a complaint:
- Contact us immediately in writing
- We will acknowledge within 5 working days
- Investigation will be completed within 28 days
- Written response will be provided
11.2 External Complaints
If unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to:

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Report suspicious activities
- Refuse to act in certain circumstances
15. Third Party Rights
These Terms are between you and us only. No third party has any right to enforce any term of this agreement unless expressly stated.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our engagement letter and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
